Hollywood star NAOMI WATTS insists she is British, despite the media’s decision to label her Australian.
The actress lived in England until age 14 before moving to Australia for ten years.

Watts admits her accent sounds more Australian than English, but she still considers herself as a UK citizen.

“My maternal grandmother is Australian and my mother decided we should move there. I ended up living there for 10 years before I moved to America. So I’ve spent more time in England than in Australia and I’ve still got a British passport so I’m very much British.”
