Both Naomi Watts and hubby Liev will be playing spies – Naomi Watts in Fair Game by Doug Liman as Valerie Plame, co-starring Sean Penn as Joseph Wilson, Liev Schreiber in Phillip Noyce’s Salt with Angelina Jolie.

Expect the couple as CIA Agents in 2010.

It’s the story of a mother who gave up her daughter for adoption 35 years ago, and an African American woman who wants to adopt a child.

Naomi Watts prefers to film sex scenes with women because it is easier and less awkward.
Naomi said: “The easiest sex scene I have done was in Mulholland Drive. That’s because it was with another woman. There was no awkwardness and there was no sexual tension.”
It was this lesbian sex scene in Mulholland Drive with Laura Harring that really kickstarted Naomi’s career.

Naomi Watts joins King Lear

Naomi Watts will play one of King Lear’s (Anthony Hopkins) three daughters in Joshua Michael Stern’s film version of William Shakespeare’s play.
The other daughters will be played by Gwyneth Paltrow and Keira Knightley.

King Lear will be shot in Ireland or Britain and is expected for a release date in 2010.
